Under 16 fotballers win
Mitchelstown Under 16 footballers had a 3-14 to 1-12 win over St Vincent’s in the City Under 16 FL semi final at Mallow on Thursday night last. At half time Mitchelstown helped by goals from Jason Cott and James Sheehan held a 2-5 to 0- 6 interval lead.
The second half was again very close with Mitchelstown having a second goal by James Sheehan midway ran out victors by an 8 point margin.
